Once content posted, you are solely responsible for the Content that you post on or through any of the Meetya Services, and any material or information that you transmit to other Members and for your interactions with other Users. 5.Activity Prohibited. Criminal or tortious activity. Impersonating or attempting to impersonate another Member, person or entity. Using the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account. 6.Member Disputes. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Meetya Members. Meetya reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with disputes between you and other Members. 7.Consent to Use of Data. You agree that Meetya may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about Your device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to You (if any) related to the Licensed Application.
